Clinical Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced California Registered Dental Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is confident and proficient in:
- Assisting during restorative, crown and bridge, oral surgery, implant, and hygiene procedures.
- Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
- Taking alginate and digital impressions.
- Digital scanning using an intraoral scanner.
- Fabricating quality temporary crowns.
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining OSHA and infection control standards.
- Sterilization and instrument management.
- Patient education and post-operative instructions.
- Assisting with clear aligner therapy.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Anticipating the doctor's needs and helping appointments run efficiently.
- Working independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with implant dentistry.
- Experience with digital workflows and modern dental technology.
- Experience with sedation dentistry.
- Experience with comprehensive treatment planning.
Qualifications:
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire team.
